miserable existence.

Edgar goes to work cleaning toilets. He asks for a new job.
A falling anvil just misses him. He stares down from his

They hear frightening footsteps
in the hall.
It's the angry landlord.
Edgar fixes the plumbing himself. Death asks for Edgar but there is a miscommunication.
Edgar is told that the job he was given is his for life. Is there anyone else he can talk to?
Well, there's the "big guy". The big guy isn't cooperative.
