Take the I-90 Thruway to Exit 25A. After the toll, bear extreme right to top of hill. At the stop sign, turn left and proceed to the next stop sign. Turn right onto Rte. 7 and proceed just a few tenths of a mile to Pangburn Rd. (not Old Pangburn Rd.) and turn left. When the road ends turn left, and then bear a quick right at the fork. When you reach the first stop sign, turn right onto Duanesburg Rd. (NY-397). Follow this all the way to Altamont and continue through. NY-397 becomes NY-146. When you cross the Railroad tracks, proceed about 6/10ths of a mile up the hill to #809 on your left. Follow the long driveway to the castle.

Take the Adirondack Northway I-87 south towards Albany. When it ends, turn right onto Western Ave./US-20. (This is where most of the motels are located.) Proceed 4.3 miles and turn left onto NY-146, heading west to Altamont. Proceed 6 miles and turn right on Maple Ave./NY-146. At the stop sign at the end of the block, turn left onto Western/NY-146 and proceed 0.7 miles to #809 on your left. Follow the long driveway to the castle.

Take the I-90 Thruway to Albany Exit 24 and follow the signs to Western Ave./NY-20. Turn right onto Western Ave./US-20. (This is where most of the motels are located.) Proceed 4.3 miles and turn left onto NY-146, heading west to Altamont. Proceed 6 miles and turn right on Maple Ave./NY-146. At the stop sign at the end of the block, turn left onto Western/NY-146 and proceed 0.7 miles to #809 on your left. Follow the long driveway to the castle.
